So you've gone through the process of creating and maintaining your suppliers in the dashboard and added in all details including associating workers and assets to a supplier plus their pay rates - what now?

You'll now start to see those linkages come to life as they pop up in different areas of the dashboard. Here's where:

  • In the FieldWorkers overview page - if you've added supplier workers and associated them to the selected supplier, these will appear in the FieldWorker overview page. You are also able to search FieldWorkers by suppliers via the advanced search field.

If you are unable to see the supplier column, you will need to add this column in by clicking the light blue customize column button found next to the Export to CSV button.

  • In the Assets overview page - if you've added supplier assets and associated them to the selected supplier, these will appear in the Asset overview page, similar to the FieldWorkers above.

If you are unable to see the supplier column, you will need to add this column in by clicking the light blue customize column button found next to the Export to CSV button.

  • When creating an order - in the order details page, there is a drop down field which will allow you to select a supplier. If you've gone through the process of ranking your suppliers, you'll be able to see this by clicking on view supplier ranking.
If you have also associated your workers or assets to a supplier, these will then be highlighted green in the allocations tab

You can use the search bars above the assets or fieldworkers column to search for the suppliers associated assets or workers.

  • When adding pay rates to a supplier timesheet -   If your supplier workers are submitting time sheets via the app and you've set up the rates you will pay, this will automatically flow through. The steps to approve a time sheet and apply pay items to a time sheet are exactly the same as applying those to your workers.
However, the dashboard will now pick up on link that this worker is from a supplier.

The drop down rates group will now only show any rate groups you're created against that supplier. Once you've selected the applicable rate group, click teh green approve button. Pretty cool huh?
