When a user submits a form, there are multiple places that the form will besides in form results under the forms module. If a fieldworker submits a form it will live under their user profile, if it's submitted against a client/project or asset you can find it against these modules too. Below we explore how you can view them.

View project form results

  1. Click Clients & Projects > Projects > Edit to view and/or update details for an existing project.
  2. Click the Form Results tab to view a list of all form results received for this project. The list will include all form types where the form design includes ‘project’.
  3. Select your date range 
  4. Click to select a specific form from the drop-down list if you want to see only results for that form type.
  5. Click Search if you have changed the filter criteria.
  6. Start typing in the search bar to filter the list or search for a specific form result/s, e.g. by form title or submitted by.
  7. Click the dark blue button in the Status [Assignee] column to open a popup where you can update status or reassign form results to someone else.
  8. Click ˅ or ˄ at the top of any column to sort the list alphabetically (or numerically, depending on the column) in ascending or descending order.
  9. Click the light blue View Result button next to a form result to view form result details.
  10. Click to select a form from the drop-down list, click Search and then click Export to export form results.

View client form results

  1. Click Clients & Projects > Clients > Edit to view and/or update details for an existing client.
