Edit fieldworker access which team members they have access to, the documents they can see and asset information. 

This is where you can specify which users, documents and/or assets that Fieldworker can see in the Fieldworker app, using Team, document and Asset tags.

  1. Click Users > Fieldworkers > Edit to view and/or update details for an existing fieldworker.
  2. Click the User Access tab.
  3. Click to add one or more team (user) tags (optional). The fieldworker will be able to see all workers with this tag/s under My Crew and Crew Timesheets in the My Items menu of the Fieldworker app.
  4. Click to add one or more asset tags (optional). The fieldworker will be able to see all assets with this tag/s under My Assets in the My Items menu of the Fieldworker app.
  5. Click to add one or more document tags (optional). The fieldworker will be able to see all documents with this tag/s under My Documents in the My Items menu of the Fieldworker app (in addition to any documents that are flagged as Public).
  6. Click on the toggle switch for each access level to allow access (blue) or restrict access (white) to Fieldworker app functions for this fieldworker.
  7. Order Search – Blue means the user can search for orders in the Fieldworker app.
  8. Contact Search – Blue means the user can search for contacts in the Fieldworker app.
  9. Create Orders – Blue means the user has access to create orders in the Fieldworker app.
