So you've allocated all your workforce and assets out but how many tasks or assets have you allocated out exactly? By using the Daily Out Report, you'll now be able to select any given date and see just how many tasks, task groups or assets were scheduled and completed for that day. 

Run Daily Out report by task

  1. Click Reports > Daily Out to run a report on daily numbers out by tasks.
  2. The default date is set to today’s date. To change this date, click to select a different start date using the dropdown calendar.
  3. When you are ready to run the report based on the date selected, click the Search button. The report will show a one-week period starting with the date selected.
  4. If there is no data for the week of the date selected, you will see a blank report grid.
  5. Click on the Tasks tab at the top of the report grid (this is the default tab).
  6. Start typing in the search bar to filter the report or search for a specific task/s, e.g. by task name.
  7. Click ˅ or ˄ at the top of any column to sort the list alphabetically (or numerically, depending on the column) in ascending or descending order.
  8. Follow steps 2-7 to run the daily out report again for any other dates required

Run Daily Out report by task group

  8. Follow steps 2-7 to run the daily out report again for any other dates required

Run Daily Out report by asset

  1. Click Reports > Daily Out to run a report on daily numbers out by asset.
  2. The default date is set to today’s date. To change this date, click to select a different start date using the dropdown calendar.
  3. When you are ready to run the report based on the date selected, click the Search button. The report will show a one-week period starting with the date selected.
  4. If there is no data for the week of the date selected, you will see a blank report grid.
  5. Click on the Assets tab at the top of the report grid.
  6. Start typing in the search bar to filter the report or search for a specific asset/s, e.g. by asset name.
  7. Click ˅ or ˄ at the top of any column to sort the list alphabetically (or numerically, depending on the column) in ascending or descending order.
  8. Follow steps 2-7 to run the daily out report again for any other dates required
