In Assignar you can upload documents to the following modules; Suppliers, Clients, Projects and Assets.
Before you can assign a document to i.e. an asset in the Assets module you will have to create a Document Type for the document first, you can read more about that here.

In this article we will continue to use the Assets module as an example.
Once the document type has been created, you can then go in to the details of your selected asset and open up the Documents tab and click +Add New Document.

This will bring up the option to select a document type already created, then you may choose your Expiry date and Alert date (depending on Document type created). After selecting the document you can then upload an attachment by clicking Choose file,  the file can be no larger then 5 MB. Once you are done, you can hit Save.

If you have multiple versions of one document that you would like to upload, you can now upload the same Document type more than once.
