The Timesheets list view is where you can add, search, review and approve timesheets. Here is everything you need to know 

Customising Your Timesheet View 

On the top right click on the black column preferences button. A pop up will appear, here you have a list of all the view options that you can create a custom view. 

  • Click on the eye to hide any columns you don't want to see. 
  • Drag and rearrange the different columns to the view that suits you. 
  • Pin a column to the left or the right, this allows you to fix the column. To unpin, click the 3 dots and unpin the column. 
  • Click save preference and name your view. It will automatically save your preferences for you.
     

Search For Timesheets 

When searching for timesheets you have to use the column search bar at the top of the timesheets list view. Type under the column you wish to search, i.e. User type in user's name and it will save for you. You can do this on multiple columns.  

Add New Timesheet 

Click on the Add Timesheet to add a new timesheet via the Dashboard. You can read more about how to complete a timesheet through the dashboard here.

Export Timesheets 

  1. To export timesheets out of Assignar, click on the 3 dots next to Add Timesheet.
  2. Click Export  
  3. It will export the timesheets that match the columns you have selected and searched. 

Print Timesheets Report

  1. To export timesheets out of Assignar, click on the 3 dots next to Add Timesheet.
  2. Click Print Report 
  3. It will print the timesheets that match the columns you have selected and searched.
